We’re seeking to add a content designer to work with our creative and social leads. We’ll work with the right candidate to prepare them for a high-potential role on our growing Nuera team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience performing graphic design duties
- Minimum 1-2 years social media experience, including post creation, content design, research, and analytics reporting
- Demonstrated intermediate experience using Adobe CS products such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc. (portfolio required)
- Experience working in an agency (or similar) environment under tight deadlines
- Simply awesome organizational skills & a generally positive attitude
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Web design experience (WordPress is a big plus)
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS/style sheets
- Working photography and photo editing skills
Responsibilities
- Creation of visual brand concepts for specific and widely varying audiences
- Creation and scheduling of social and digital media content to include (but not limited to) social posts, digital ads, blogs, and emails
- Community management for social media accounts
- Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of campaigns in order to track ROI for internal and external clients
- Perform design work for agency and client websites
- Conceptualize and design online and print marketing materials
- Work with the team to originate and execute creative and social/digital strategies for client projects
- Meet with clients and internal contacts as needed
- Provide outstanding service to Nuera internal and external clients, proactively ensuring all contracted deliverables are fulfilled in a manner that exceeds expectations and industry standards
- Solve problems under pressure with creative approach and attention to detail
